Myceli is a conservation coordination platform currently in active development. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear, not to bury anything.

What Myceli is

Myceli is a platform being built to connect land stewardship projects with funders, philanthropies, and partners. The platform is not yet fully operational. The current site exists to gather interest, explain the concept, and build a waitlist of early participants.

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding agreement to provide platform services, funding, or partnerships. We're building in public and we're honest about where we are.

The waitlist

By joining the Myceli waitlist you are expressing interest in the platform. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform, a place in any cohort, a funding match, or any other specific outcome.

We will use your email address to keep you informed about Myceli's development and to reach out when early access becomes available. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@giverise.ai.

Contact forms and email

When you contact us through the site or by email, you're initiating a conversation. We'll do our best to respond promptly. Submitting a contact form does not create a contractual relationship or obligate either party to any specific action.

No warranties

Myceli.org is provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the site for any particular purpose. The platform is in development — things will change, pages may go down, features may not work as expected.

We'll be honest with you about where things stand. But we can't guarantee anything at this stage.

Intellectual property

The Myceli name, logo, and all content on this site are owned by GiveRise.ai unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

If you submit content to us — through a contact form, email, or any other means — you grant us permission to use that content to respond to you and improve the platform. We will not publish your communications without your permission.

Links to other sites

Myceli.org may link to external sites including GiveRise.ai, Landocracy.org, and partner organizations. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiveRise.ai and Myceli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim related to this site shall not exceed the amount you paid to use it — which is nothing, since the site is free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
